No - that's USB -> SPDIF which is the wrong way round, as the original
poster stated clearly.

He wants SPDIF to an USB-input. I'm not sure such a thing exists.

SPDIF -> USB DACs are available, but they plug into PCs, not the UDB
inputs of digital amps or DACs.

You will soon find that, you will usually get a straight answer to a
question around here, but it will usually address the facts of the
issues and might not be the answer you had hoped for.
