You know, I just don't know; I have always been on the other side of the issue obtaining the patents, not enforcing them so this is a weak area for me. I am presently looking into it and will post what I find, though keep in mind that whatever I may come up will be my own personal opinion and not a rendered "legal opinion". As it happens, I know the attorneys that prosecuted the divisional applications after MS bought Pacific Microsonics. Though truthfully, it would be a lot easier for everyone if Slim Devices just ponied up for a license, once there is a fully functional plug-in module ready. Whats a 10K expense in the bigger picture for the use of the logo?
