As per Mortod's example above, I've run an SB3 into my larger DSP's second input; using the first for my regular processor link. SB optical went to my processor; SB co-ax straight to the speaker.
It makes it a very easy way to do an A/B of SB vs a.n.other source, opt vs co-ax etc I found that the SB didn't add much character or flavour of its own to the sound (one of the things I really like about it). So, if you like the M DSP sound I'd say it works very very well. I currently run an SB+ via a G68 because the benefits of other DSP trciks in the processor plus the room correction outweighs the pure simplicity of running direct. However, you cannot get simpler than a pair of DSP speakers and a SB!!! -- ncpl ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ncpl's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6305 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=38527 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
