I'm somewhat confused. Look at this graph again. Green is
MinimumTestConvolution and Red is MeasuredWithEQ. They are almost
exactly the same (apart from a 2db shift due to my global gain of -18).
Surely, if the TC line is with mic calibration and the measured without,
then they should be diverging at low and high freqs?

But at least we can compare Measured with and without EQ to each other
as both are without mic compensation.

The developers at REW have suggested they will make a mod to allow mic
compensation to be applied to imported data:

"That's actually intentional, though undocumented, behaviour. Imported
impulse responses will have been generated by some other measurement
system so it would usually not be appropriate to apply the REW
soundcard cal or mic cal to the data being imported, as REW cannot know
what calibrations or corrections had been applied when the impulse
response was captured. I'll add a feature request to have the option of
applying either or both cal files to imported responses."
