I personally don't see Paul M's comment as anything to do with hi-fi, and everything to do with the stereotypical Brit, who seems to love saying that they don't understand computers and don't want to. Just how many times have you seen a similar comment in the media? We just love downplaying any technical ability as though it's a crime. Quite clearly, SB owners are part of the exception to the rule and are substantially more PC literate than your average person.
