Download the music from another source, it's probably faster than going trough hell and highwater to restore them.
Library CD's my a** i tried 10 yers ago, they are usually so scratched that they are barely regognizeable as CD's, you are lucky if they are still round and not cracked. This is clear evidence that after 20 years 99,99% of humanity still don't know how to handle a disc. It's like rental dvd's they keep them i box full of gravel and pizza grease.
