Well this is why we shouldn't use lossy compression... First you need to convert them to WAV files and then athere are loads of audio restoration tools... BUT - if these are tracking errors from the original rip, you will die before you clean all of the scratches away! (or alternately, you can try the auto-repair mode...which will trash what's left of the music!
