I've got an LP12 that I bought new. Over the years its had an upgraded bearing, inner platter, subchassis, springs, motor, PSU, armboard, baseboard, and two new hinges 'cos the other ones broke.
So the only original things left are the plinth, outer platter, top plate and the lid ... and there are improved plinths and top plates available that I never bothered with.
