Oh yes! I need my vinyl fix! Just the physical act of carefully removing an LP from its sleeve and placing it on the turntable is pleasurable. Could never say that for a CD (which is why I've taken to my Squeezebox so easily - and will be installing a Duet later today :o).
And the sound - I agree, it is less fatiguing. Even with, perversely, FLACs of vinyl . . . It all comes down to, IMO, psychology and the way our brains interpret signals from our senses. Which is why audiophilia is such a can of worms!
