Frank, I came to this forum not long ago and enjoyed your writing very much. One question: have you tried to connect your modded TP to a power amplifier directly? Correct me if I am wrong: I don't have other source equipment, so I don't need a pre-amp with the TP, the TP's volume control is well built....
