Er, no. He's advising that, in his humble opinion, the Moodlabs DAC is not very good. There are many other DACs under $500 that may or may not be better than the SB3 internal DAC. My own personal opinion is that the OP would get a better "bang for buck" by either: 1. Upgrading amp/speakers or 2. Buying a Transporter or 3.
