Odd....  I ripped it with DVD Audio Extractor with no troubles...  What
version are you using?

In any event, there's no real need to go to the extra trouble you
describe, as you can simply copy the files directly from the
/files/wav/ directory.  They're 24/96, and require no special software
or ripping!

As I mentioned earlier, I suggest that people who want hi res audio buy
this disc to show their support.
