I was able to ABX 320 MP3 versus WAV using a high quality DAC and midfi
headphones (Grado SR-80s).  However it was pretty hard - I practiced
first on lower quality MP3s so that I knew what to listen for.  If I
hadn't done that I'm not sure I would have succeeded.  

So to answer your question, probably yes, it's good enough.  I'm not
sure why you would bother though - a FLAC file is not -that- much
bigger than a 320 MP3, is it?
