Seriously, MP3 320 kbps - properly encoded - sounds so close to the original that you probably wont notice any loss, even on the best stereo systems. Yes - in a direct A-B test you should be able to hear a slight difference. That being said - increasing your room temperature from 20 to 22 degrees Celcius probably makes a much greater difference to the total listeing experience.
