Well, I can't prove it's only the last second of the last track -
that's what EAC/accuraterip tells me, but I have no way to verify it
other than listening (and I've never heard anything wrong).  However
even if you're right and for some reason the information it gives me is
wrong, all the other tracks check out as accurately ripped nearly every
time on a new disk.  So in your data these disks would show up as
inaccurate even though at worst there's a problem with only one track.

Point being, 1/4 is far more pessimistic than is justified by the
quality of the data you have (unless there is more you're not telling
us).
