OK, makes sense. Two things going on:
The squiggly lines and the spike on the leading and trailing edge are the Gibbs contribution. The rounded-off nature of the waveform is the HF roll-off from the analogue post filters. So, looks weird, but yet normal Sort of. The HF roll-off is a bit much.
