I use that as a standard to judge my hearing loss as I get older. I
can still hear it. I've worked in industrial environments but have
always used hearing protection.

My parents always wondered how my brother and I could hear a TV with
the sound off.

Anyone know how high of a tone it is? It must be 16 kHz or higher.
