That's certainly an option I'm considering. It's a little harder than that though as I would need to borrow a suitable amplifier too. If I order the dynaudios I think I would give them a fair chance in my room, and only if I'm not satisfied see if I can take them to a dealer or borrow some speakers and an amp from a dealer. I did listen to some PMC GB1's a couple of years ago in comparison to some similarly priced spendors and also some pro-ac speakers. I really liked both the PMC and pro-ac speakers at the time but decided to upgrade my source instead. If I could find a local dealer with either of those in stock I would be seriously tempted to up my budget and go for them, but I'm struggling a little as I'm now located in the US. -- bludragon ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bludragon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1530 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58179 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
