Just got my V-DAC in yesterday, and i have to say i'm quite impressed.
An immediate big improvement over the SB Classic alone. Due to kids
running around the house my speaker positioning is far from optimum but
still an improvement. And when i listen to music via my Sennheiser
HD-600, it sounds much more detailed and 3d staging is also improved.
Even my wife noticed it right away.
I like the positioning of the inputs because this way it is easy to put
the device behind other equipment. I'm never going to touch it, so it
can be out of reach.
By the way, I bought a cable of 1,5 meters.
