Normally this type of thing is done via some line level inputs which go direct to the power stage. So you would use the SB3 analogue outs this way.
But as you've said you're using the Supernait in-built DAC. I don't see any indication that you can go direct from the in-built DAC to the power stage. But have a look through the instructions to check just in case. If you can't bypass the pre when using the internal DAC then just use the SN's volume control.
