Well OK, At worst you broke even! Don't know if that's true but if that's what you want to hear, you got it. I think DAC wise its probably a wash, but with all the crap that is along for the ride inside the M-15, it might just end up being less/worse. Without hearing both, what I would say is it depends on what pre-amp you were using before. If it was a minimalist setup where the VDA-2 was directly feeding an amp, maybe a step backwards. But in the end it will depend on how it sounds to your ears for that is what is important anyway.
