Check the back of your units: they may have switchable power supplies (50/60Hz; 120/240V) and all you need do is replace the power cord if it's detachable or use an adapter.
Contact the companies. Maybe you can ship the units in and they will refit them for US power requirements and ship them right to your US address. Alternatively, you can probably get some sort of power adapter to convert US mains to what you need, but that seems ugly. Still may be a good idea if your anticipated stay in the US is short. All that stuff is available to some extent in the US although you may have to search around for it. Good luck.
