I wasn't hearing a vast improvement, just subtle things like a slightly quieter noisefloor and improved dynamics. It reminded me of an evening presented by Nordost, the product manager used a product called Eco-3 to remove static charges from the cables and the carbon fibre bass drivers. I thought it was all a load of toss, but the system did sound better after treatment to my surprise.
