On certain albums, I feel I would like the music to be a bit more
"edgy".
This "edginess" was the trigger I went for the upsampler+filter in
first place, but sometimes I feel now I like need to clean my ears..
this is what I use:

What can I try?
Adding LPF (as suggested somewhere before) just make the sound less
focuses and soundstage bigger :-(
