I tried the Xilinx reboot. I powered up holding the 1 button and releasing it when the "Programming Xilinx" appears. The unit goes into "Factory Reset" after the "Programming Xilinx" and does not come out of the factory reset loop.
Logitech Transporter tech support not available on the weekends anymore. Suggestions?
