Logitech agreed to take it back and refund me. They sent an email saying they would contact me to arrange collection within 3 days (ooooh about 10 days ago). They haven't. This is really annoying because I have already contacted them loads of times. They are very nice on the phone once you get through; then they do nothing. Mind you they have sent me a customer satisfaction form, which is slightly comical.
