Thank you all. Following some careful searching in my Vortexbox (Linux commands are not my strong point!) I found the firmware files.
I was then able to install the firmware version 84 and edit the firmware.version file. It seems to all be working OK now. Let's hope I have seen the last of the annoying AC Overload errors Thanks again!
