Thanks Phil, I've done everything you suggested, and I get the sox flac in file types, BUT I cannot get silverlight to work in IE,FF or Safari. The plugin is installed, the program itself is installed, but nothing! The next step is to uninstall Silverlight (already done that) as well as the browsers and try again. Cheers, Graeme
