Thanks for your reply, Darren. I went through the whole Inguz installation routine. In server settings, EQ is ticked. File types have not changed (no Inguz associations) In the web interface frequencies cannot be specified. In IE the message "cannot initialize Silverlight: playerid is undefined" In FFox I get the logo "Get Silverlight" but it is already installed. There is nothing at all via the SB Touch screen itself. I have restarted both the server and the PC after each installation step, but still no joy. Does anybody have this working on a windows machine? Cheers, Graeme
