I'm a bit new to Squeezebox, having purchased a Transporter which I'm
truly enjoying. The Transporter is connected to a Mac Mini running
Squeezebox Server version 7.5.2. I generally put the Mini to sleep
while not in use - overnight - and I recently noticed the Transporter
starts searching for the Server, long after I've technically turned it
off. Of course it doesn't find it, since the Mini is asleep.

What's happening here? Is the Transporter not really 'off' when I turn
it off? - I turn it off by stopping what's playing and then hit the
"Off" button - the screen goes blank and none of the buttons work,
besides, of course, the Power button. But I've noticed once the
searching for server message appears, the remote buttons start working
again - even though the screen has been blank, and the Transporter is
supposed to off.

How can I avoid this Transporter behavior without leaving the Mac Mini
on all the time?

How can I make sure the Transporter is completely off - if there is
such a thing?

Thanks
