I am running windows 7 I have C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\Slim\Plugin\InguzEQ\ and C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins\InguzEQ\ both have settings.pm and neither has log.txt I think I had to manually extract the inguz zip to one of those paths(x86?) to get it to install.
