yes but the edid handshake is usually buggy :-/ Apearently pski's TV can not tell the htr that " i don't speak dolby" or the htr does not care.
also a display device such as a TV or projector is suposed to send info abouts it prefered resolution and avaible resolutions options back to the source this is not always working either, but that is moot nowadays when ecerything supports every possible res.
