search these forums. there has been lots and lots of discussion and some detailed analysis of the better quality DIGITAL transport quality from the TOUCH as compared with the duet receiver (look particularly for discussions by John Swenson and Phil Leigh). It is not about "bit perfect" but about how the perfect bits are delivered to the DAC from the S/PDIF output of the SB Players.
