Here's an example of a custom-convert.conf with a highpass filter
applied to flac playback:

[flac] -dcs $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [sox] -q -t wav - -t flac -C 0
$RESAMPLE$ - highpass -1 100
--------------------
You'd probably want to use sox's equalizer effect.
