and if none of this works, I'd call logitech and return for a replacement. I had a TOUCH screen go bad after 9 months (line across screen). Replaced immediately, no questions asked. (I'm assuming you have a Transporter SE, as the older Transporters haven't been available from Logitech for quite a while).
