OK, so the connectors join the BJ3 to the speakers. I am still a little
skeptical of the cable itself. 

I work in the networking industry where RJ-45 means cat5 cable. These
are designed for milliamps, not amps. 20W at 8 ohms is about 1.6 amps.
The latest Power Over Ethernet spec for cat5 allows for up to 34W, but
specifically limits the current to 600mA.

I would hope that the BJ3 speaker cable is not cat5 inside, but
something beefier. Still, the RJ-45 connector itself worries me. The
contacts are tiny.
