Does the Transporter still have an issue with 24/96 at a high level of flac compression (eg. compression level 8)? I seem to recall there was an issue that it simply doesn't have enough CPU power to decode them. If your 24/96 flacs are encoded at a high compression level, try re-encoding them at compression level 5.
