I use the Emotiva DAC for both the touch and my transporter , a big step up for both. It has analog volume out and a remote and thus acts as a pre too. Currently touch-emotive -bryston 4bst - Canton Ergo Dc120 speakers Tranporter-emotiva-variety of headphone amps Senheisser HD800's I tried quite a few dacs till I got the emotiva , the closest sonically and almost as good but 10x the price was the PS Audio perfect wave dac.
