If I had the money, I would try MF M1-Clic or Pro-Ject DS on same amp and speakers to see if they can stand against SBT. But there's another couple of challenges like setting up a UPnP server and finding a decent control app. No iPeng nor SqueezeController in that world. Gapless and multiroom are other challenges. Open standards are still far behind.
