Most amp are voltage source (low output impedance ) so keep R and L low
,but it's not hard to do .
Skin effect has little influence in analogue audio so it is LCR
parameters only for low-frequency applications (audio is lf it's not
radio or radar ) ,most amps zobel ? networks on the outputs makes z
rise at higher frequencies anyway . But R dominates RLC is the prio
order for speaker cable. I think it is CLR for signal wire

The most simple way is to keep them short, when I had passive speaker
the power amp was between speakers and wires never longer than they
needed to be. Once i had mono blocks then I used 0,5m speaker cables .

The classic kimber 8TC and 4TC uses this effect low R and L not so low
C , note some unstable amp design can have problems with this, but it's
not a cable problem it's an amp problem (flawed design) .

People with planar speaker or other speakers with very low impedance
can have noticeable frequency deviations with to tiny gauge speaker
wire some speakers are ridiculous ! down to 1 ohm or similar.

Short avoid the smallest gauges same leght to both speaker if you are
being ocd about it.

Don't coil excess length to a bundle, you just made you own air core
inductance, cut it of .
If can't afford to cut your speaker wire you put to much money in it
imho.
