So thinking about the LMC pc as the source for a moment... from reading your interesting stuff, I know you have tried different operating systems and found a difference in the sound output. Have you tried different power supplies for the LMC machine? - do you think it would make much of a difference, like when changing the smps on a router, to a linear psu?
