Very much YES to your last point and this is why I believe many early CD's were disappointing. As I mentioned elsewhere, I think jitter (very high levels) was to blame, there were other factors too... -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
