The Touch and almost all domestic networking equipment are designed to
operate correctly and safely without a mains earth connection to their
ground plane.

DO NOT connect the shield of your CAT 6 shielded cable to mains earth!

STP cables only work correctly (optimally) if the equipment at both
ends is designed to take advantage of the shielding by providing a
proper connection to the ground plane and to allow that ground plane to
provide a low impedance path to earth. Most domestic networking gear is
not designed this way, most commercial equipment absolutely is, because
it is designed with less regard to cost and has to operate in very
hostile environments.

Can you explain your problem again - are you getting interference from
the ethernet cable that is audible through your speakers?
