Just to be clear on this, measurement mics are (supposed to be)
omni-directional and will record the same thing no matter which way
they point (almost - 95%+ there is always a slight effect from the mic
body stem that holds the capsule).


Your results are fascinating and bizarre... so your Behringer is not
really omni pattern?... hmmm...
Something seems not right to me. ... Your results seem indicative of a
faulty circuit board inside the mic, with one "phase" (side) of the
capsule circuit not working properly so its polar response is
asymettric.

I've had all sorts of bad experiences with Behringer gear... probably
best I don't go into details :-(
