ho, this takes me back... I remember in the 80s taking my vinyl copy of The Wall back to the shop 4 times because I couldn't get a copy without background noise in the quiet passages on "Is There Anybody Out There?". I bought a CD player that year (a very early Philips, CD304 I think) and got the CD: perfect silence, bliss. And now you tell me I have to back to vinyl for another album I like :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cdmackay's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=24816 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98057 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
