The mastering of the 24/192 and 24/96 is the same and the likelihood of any audible difference is basically zero.
edit: I have ABX'd 24/192 compared to 24/96 downsampled files (from 24/192 source), and found no difference I could distinguish. Not through transporter, as it can't do 24/192.
