What you state is very true but I can't help but notice that you make no
mention of the how "milled billet fronts and the like" actually improve
the sound of a given piece of audio equipment. In other words, what I'm
trying to say is that, for example, Bryston's use of expensive metal
cases does not mean that it *sounds* any better the mostly plastic
Squeezebox Touch, although the Bryston BDP-2 would *look* much nicer
sitting in a rack of equally fancy audio equipment.
