Sales tax is one thing...and it almost always expected. Brokerage fees are another. When you buy a $20 item (plus shipping) and get charged an extra $20 at the door. That's robbery and these couriers are slowly losing business because we are all wising up to it.
I bought a $175 item from the US via Canada post a month ago. I got charged NOTHING.
