They will pay return shipping I'm sure as it was an honest mistake, but I think you are being rather difficult if you are going to invoice them for returning it when you're not offering an easier collection choice. I understand your frustration, but mistakes are easy to make and they made only one. If this was the second or third thing they messed up in the transaction then that would be the time to get stroppy. Imho.
