Fair point, but there's acoustic guitar playing throughout the cymbal crash I'm referring to, but there doesn't appear to be any effect on the overhang/decay of the guitar notes - that's what I don't get. Are you familiar with the track (it has quite an open vibe unlike some of the heavier stuff on the album, so you can listen through the mix quite easily)?
